Fiberglass and Commercial Grade Aluminum frames This warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by wind, mishandling or misuse. Umbrella frame and cover fabrication is guaranteed for three full years to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. The Sunbrella awning grade fabric comes with a five year limited warranty effective from the date of shipment. This limited warranty covers fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot and atmospheric chemicals. This DOES NOT cover our labor costs or the shipping charges to return the item for replacement of the fabric.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Patio Umbrella Source, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Patio Umbrella Source will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Patio Umbrella Source. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Patio Umbrella Source. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Patio Umbrella Source Return Procedure will be breached and Patio Umbrella Source will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Patio Umbrella Source will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Patio Umbrella Source charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Patio Umbrella Source prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ANY LOGO UMBRELLA IS A CUSTOM ORDER AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

Digital Logo Printing Process

Single Color

Monochrome printing is ideal for basic logos and text. Monochrome is also the least expensive printing option.

Multicolor

Multicolor uses the same CYMK process that you find in normal inkjet or commercial printers. It provides superb color matching and blending in photographic quality.

Inkjet Acrylic

Similar to our Sunbrella Graphics System, inkjet acrylic uses a special Sunbrella fabric with a special ink. This option is for projects requiring that the entire panel be printed or where you require Pantone Matching System color accuracy for your fabric color. The base panel is white.
