Claims for damaged goods must be reported to Patio Umbrella Source in writing within five (5) days from receipt of goods. Failure to do so will constitute full acceptance of the goods.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

All Patio Umbrella Source products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Patio Umbrella Source will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Patio Umbrella Source retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
Procedure for Claims Under Limited Warranty:
To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt is required. Patio Umbrella Source reserves the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a newly-overhauled (NOH) unit or new unit at its sole discretion.
Step 1: Call Patio Umbrella Source Customer Service at 1.800.510.8325 and describe the problem you are experiencing and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. In addition to your original sales receipt, you will need to provide the unit serial number (if available), your return shipping address and a day time phone number. Step 2: Ship the product, along with the RMA number, to Patio Umbrella Source. Once you have received your RMA number, pack the product securely and ship (insured) to the following address:
